Deadline for abstract submission has passed. You can still register for attending the conference.

Registration fee:
- postdocs, students, lab heads CHF 500.- (EUR 350.-)
- industry CHF 1200.- (EUR 800.-)
What is included in the registration fee?
- Admission to the main lecture hall (SG1) and poster displays
- Abstract book
- One congress card giving free access to Lausanne public transport for 3 days
- Coffee breaks, lunches, cocktail on Thursday evening
Registration fee does NOT include:
- Lodging
- Transportation
- Banquet on Saturday night
The number of participants will be limited to 350. If the meeting is oversubscribed, priority will be given to people submitting abstracts and an upper limit may be placed on the number of participants per lab.
Abstract Submission:
During registration you will have the possibility to submit an abstract. Abstract are limited to 300 words.
Substitution / Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel a registration, you may:
- Transfer your registration to a colleague within your organisation.
- Request a refund minus a CHF 100.- processing fee.
Note:
Cancellation will only be accepted up to four weeks prior to the conference.
In the event that the meeting cannot take place, your fee will be refunded in full. You are responsible for taking out appropriate travel and medical insurance.
